Travel To Switzerland

I am travelling tomorrow to Bern and from there on we will straightaway go to Luzern for 1 night , the next night in Zurich and the 3rd night in Interlaken and back from Bern.
I would like to know how should we travel in these cities….. are trains comfortable and are they frequent…..
how far is jungfrau from Interlaken….
how should we go there… and how is bern,… should we spend a lot of time there..??
Please give ur advices and suggestions.

We have a family with children, two about ten years old and me, 16 years old, and we’ve never been to Switzerland or England and need some travel advice on where to go and what to see.
