No, an Irish visa does not grant entry to Switzerland.
A visa for Switzerland if required based on her citizenship must be applied for in advance from the Swiss Embassy in the country where your fiancée is residing. It cannot be obtained at the border for citizens requiring a visa. The aircraft company would not let her board without a visa.
